Life Members
Life Members of the Society shall be individual anaesthesiologists who are also practicing obstetric anaesthesia in India and the neighboring countries.
Associate Members
Associate members of the Society shall be individual anaesthesiologists practicing obstetric anaesthesia in countries not included in south Asia, or be from related obstetric disciplines such as obstetrics and gynecology, paediatric and neonatology. Their privileges and dues shall be the same as those of ordinary members, but they shall not be eligible to vote or be elected for office
Postgraduate students
Postgraduate students of anaesthesiology (till qualified) will have privileges and dues the same as those of ordinary members, but they shall not be eligible to vote or be elected for office. After successful qualification, attested copies of certificates along with medical registration certificate and two stamp size photos with additional fees of Rs 100/- will make them ordinary life members.
Founder Member
Members of the society who assisted in its inception shall be known as founder members.
Honorary Membership
Unanimous vote of the Executive Board and the affirmative vote of 2/3 of the voting members of the General Assembly may confer the Honorary Membership upon an individual for eminence and outstanding services to obstetric anaesthesiology. Honorary members will not be eligible to vote nor be subject to dues.
